Really simple project. Anyone can do it :)

First of all you need to iron your lace. SET LOW TEMPERATURE!!!
Than if you have wide lace, fold it. -

Cut the lace and cross it in the same way like in the picture.

Wind a thread around the middle of the lace and knot it.

Sew a ribbon to the middle of the lace and fasten safety pin to it.
And you have done! :)
By using lighter let the end of the ribon scorched.
