Lace Trim Christmas Tree

  • Completed Project: Lace Trim Christmas Tree Picture #1

All you need is two colors of lace trim and a styrofoam cone!

Simply wrap the lace around the cone from bottom to top!

This is what I came up with. A cute little Christmas tree! It was so easy.

I started with a Styrofoam cone and two shades of lace scalloped trim. Holding both trims together and starting from the bottom I wrapped the cone.

I stuck a straight pin at the top to secure the ends.

Can you tell what I used for the trunk? Yup, that's just an old wooden spool of brown thread. I thought it kept with the "sewing supply theme" of this tree.
