This is ultra easy to make, and looks adorable on. Jazzes up a plain top instantly!

Instructions
You Will Need
- A pretty lace or crochet Collar - you can find some super pretty vintage ones on Ebay
- 1 meter silky Satin Ribbon ( I used a metre of green and a metre of peach)
- Button(s)
- Needle & Thread
- Project Cost
- Cheap

Stitch the 2 halves of the collar together in the middle and attach your button.

Stitch ribbon to each of the other ends.

Put around your neck and tie in a bow. Be careful not to tie it up too tight now!
And that's it. Easy peasy!
You can substitute the button for a sparkly brooch if you prefer, or a big silk flower, and the world is your oyster when it comes to ribbon.
Plus you can wear it either way around, with the ribbon at the back, or the front.
