  1. Step 1

    Cut the onion in to tiny cubes or grate it. Put salt on the grated onion and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with a fork. Put the salted onion in the mixture.

    These amounts are approximate. I like "körözött" if it's spreadable but someone like it a bit harder. You'd put garlic in if you like.

oh, and arty kitkat: the 'ö'-s in körözött are pronounced like the 'u' in sure

egyébként nem rajongok a körözöttért, de jó látni az oldalon. :)

I actually don't really like körözött, but it's good to see it on the site! :)
