Fold the cord in half and make a knot about 2cm from the loop.

(Big enough to pass a bead through).

Thread on a silver spacer bead, then tie a another knot, thread on a glass bead and tie another knot.

Continue threading and knotting until you have a length that fits around your wrist.

(you will have a 5cm gap from the end knot to the bead that goes though the loop).

End it with a knot.

Tie another knot about 5cm from the end knot of your beads.

Thread on a bead and tie the final knot.

Trim the cord ends.

AND YOU'RE DONE!!!.

TIP: When you trim the cord ends on your jewellery, dab the ends with a little PVA glue to prevent fraying.
