A clay knome incense burner.
I sculpted this piece about two years ago, my senior year in highshool. The only evidence of this beloved project are these photos. After this stage, I had added some more detail (ie. a big flower on the side, a turtle on the other side, a butterfly resting on his hat, etc.) I collect knomes and i love incense, thus, this project. I spent hours glazing. Blending colors layer after layer. His leggings were even striped green and white! Shortly after it was fired, someone stole it. The worst part of it all is that I never, ever saw the final product. Although others that saw it; said it was cool. I cried. Thieves. (The incense sticks in the knome's mouth if you were wondering.)

ps. if you see it, anywhere: reward. : )
