Im not sure how long it takes so i guesstimated at 8 minutes, I love making these for friends and making them in all different colours. The two things I love about these are that they stretch so they are easy to get on and off and that all you have to do is a simple knit and the twists will sort themselves out.

Okay, So on one needle cast on two.
(If you do not know how to knit you will need to learn the basics- The simple knit stitch) -

Okay, once you have casted on two knit until the bracelet is about this big on your wrist...
The good thing about this is the bracelet does all the twisting itself whilst you are knitting, all you have to do is knit and the knitting goes into the twists. -

Cast off your work. Tie it tight and then tie around your wrist and cut off the loose ends. (Not too small though incase you need to undo and tie again!).
Finished... Easy Peasy! :)
