This is the adult and baby meerkat from the tutorial in Sue Stratford's book 'Knitted Meerkats', which I was lucky enough to win in the Cut Out & Keep competition.

I actually found the smaller one easier to make; he only took me about 2 and a half hours in total. The larger one (which I made first) was trickier, though this was because I was not used to some of the stitches.

Overall though, the book is full of really cute projects and I can't wait to start knitting more! Thank you so much for the book, CO&K! :)
