I assume this is what I did.

I knit for 6". Decreased, knit; and did this a couple more times until just decreasing.

For the ears, I picked up stitches and knit a triangle. Then I picked up stitches behind it and did another triangle & weaved them together.

I single crocheted on the bottom.
