Cosy hot water bottle cover
I designed and made this a while ago but haven't got round to posting it before. I used DK weight acrylic yarn (because it was cheap and colourful) and 4mm needles. I used knitters graph paper to plot out my skull and needles design and my 'knit fast die warm' motif. The pattern I made by measuring my hot water bottle and making a tension square so I could figure out how many stitches to cast on and off and where. It's a fairly simple pattern and didn't take me too long. I thought of the text when I was shivering on the bus one day, it makes me laugh!
