Find shape that you would like to use for tag (remember that it shrinks to about 1/3 of its original size)...i used the outline of hello kitty's head and bow.

Trace the head onto your shrink plastic with a fine tip sharpie, and then color in the bow with a red sharpie or whatever color you'd like.

I put my kitty's name, address & phone number...cut out.

Punch a hole at the top of the head. Use a regular size hole punch, because this will shrink as well.

Put in oven, according to shrink plastic directions...shrink it!

I painted over the front with glitter varnish...let dry.

Add to your kitty's collar for a pretty new necklace :)
