Make the ears, eyes, and noses in fimo, and let it cook for 30 minutes.

Draw on the shoes the contour (do the head shape in paper) and the whiskers with the nailpolish.

Put some lacquer on the ears, eyes and noses.
-
Glue the eyes, ears and noses to the shoes.
-
And here you have the kitty cat shoes.
You can also do another animals, and use another colors, just use your imagination.
