A twist on the traditional Christmas cake!
As usual my mum made the cake for Christmas this year. She asked me to decorate it as I had done before. I didn't want it to look like every other cake out there and I use my cat as inspiration for lots of different things, so decided to put her on our cake wearing a santa hat! Hehe. It worked out well, except the coloured icing tubes I used started to bleed into each-other the next day. I think next time I will use edible writing pens, as they seem to work a bit better.
