Dinner tonight was meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I took this typical American dinner and added a twist, the kitchen sink. With all these veggies what else can you call it. I hope that you give this recipe a try and enjoy the serving of vegetables that you get too.

- Meatloaf :
- 1.5 lb lean ground Beef
- 1 lb ground Veal
- 1 Zucchini , grated
- 2 Carrot(s) , grated
- 0.5 cup finely diced Onion(s)
- 0.5 cup finely diced yellow Bell Pepper
- 0.75 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tbsp Worcester Sauce
- 1 Egg(s)
- Topping Sauce :
- 1 part Worcester Sauce
- 2 parts Ketchup

Mix all ingredients together and form a loaf on a large baking sheet. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place loaf in oven and cook until internal temperature hit 155 degrees F, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After 10 minutes of cooking add topping sauce.

Topping Sauce:
Mix until you have enough to cover loaf with thick glaze. Reserve extra for serving if you wish.
