i made these for my mom for valentines day :)...but i think i ate most of them

make a tray of hearth shaped biscuits

divide the biscuits into 2 eqaul piles.
put jam on the biscuits from 1 pile.
sandwich together one biscuit WITH jam with a biscuit WITHOUT jam

make icing.
cover each sandwich with icing.
