Make a hairbow like Kiki's- Perfect for cosplay!
This is a simple way to make a bow just like Kiki's in the film, Kiki's Delivery Service. Personally I used felt, but any material can be used as long as you can sew into it! If you don't want to machine-stitch the fabric, it is just as simple to stitch up by hand.

You Will Need

Step 1
Cut a square of red felt. Once folded in half, it should be the size you want the finished bow to be. Fold the square in half.

Step 2
Sew along the three remaining sides of the rectangle. Pinch down in the middle of the rectangle and sew through the pinch so that it holds in place.

Step 3
Cut a thin strip of red felt. Wrap it around the sewn-up pinch, to finish off the bow. Hand-stitch the strip in place and cut off any excess fabric and thread. Voila! That's it.
