Kids Dress Into Halter Dress

green mint to refreshen any wardrobe for summer
I found, what i'm assuming, was a flower girlish dress. I cut off the ribbon and flowers. took off the sleeves, and used the original ties for the halter ties. I used the original zipper, just moved it to the side. added darts to the bust, and waistband to angle it right. its a bit snug, but cute.
