I made these key tags with some sample linen that i requested from a website and embroidery floss. i found the sampled when i searched Google for fabric swatches (Every crafter should do this)
They are the written pronunciations of the words, Peace, Vain, Love, F*ck, and Live. I used hemming tape for bond the fabric scraps to the back. I really love these!

thanks for pointing out to us about the fabric swatches. I just typed in 'free fabric swatches' on google and there were a bunch of sites, it's very easy for people in US and UK to get free fabric, not so easy from Oz (like myself) although I did manage to find one site and have some fabric being sent to me as we speak.
Jewels, maybe you should do a post on the board about this, I'm sure ppl would be very intersted.
