You Will Need

Step 1Start out with clean and dry lips, no balm.
The glitter can be the cheap kind that you can find at any hobby store! -
Step 2Assuming you don't normally have black lipstick at home...apply the black eye pencil all over your lips, shape them a bit if needed.

Step 3Now apply the white eyeshadow all over your lips using your fingers.

Step 4Then apply the blue eyeshadow the same way.

Step 5For more glam - dab a bit of water on the lips with your fingers and put some glitter using a qtip.
*It looks a lot better in reality than in pics!
*To remove - use eye makeup remover, preferably oily based - it's the best and easiest way.
