I love kawaii decoden. But I don't have many supplies so I try to make them with polymer/fimo clay =D

Take a basic cardboard photoframe
Glue stones and kawaii things on it start with the biggest stones and fill the little empty places with little stones
Let the glue dry and it's done. p.s. the girl in picture is rea from sankarea if you'd like to know ^-^
