I made these for Halloween 2008 after being inspired by a lightsaber my boyfriend got for me for our anniversary (what a pair of geeks). They came out really nicely, and we got compliments all night! They are essentially just remnant fabric that I wrapped around us for tunics/tops, and then Chris' robe is made from a chair slipcover I found at a Goodwill.

Awesome! This looks better than the ridiculously expensive costumes that they sell at the halloween shops! My boyfriend and I went as sodium chloride (we were literally periodic table elements. you can check our our costume in my creations). So geeky Halloween costumers unite!
