Based on Jumper Skirt Out Of A T Shirt by September M.

I made a few changes to the tutorial...

1. Flip shirt inside out so that you can't see the logo anymore

2. Sew a hem at the bottom and at the top of the waistband for support.

I got the shirt from my boyfriend, who got it at a conference for free! Woohoo!

heyy i was wondering... ive tried this project like twice and i cant seem to get the band for the waist line and the actual skirt to fit together... i need help asap

You might need to stretch or pleat the skirt so that it fits better. If they are really off than you might be cutting your fab wrong, but if it is just a little off just pull and pin and make them fit. I think my skirt was a little big too actually.
