Thanks so much for the tutorial! I have a question though. For step 5, you say "Fold in half, pin, and cut.Now fold each piece in half, pin, and sew raw edges together."

For the first fold, i assume we fold it in half along the length of the rectangle. What exactly are we supposed to cut? Are we supposed to be making the edges straight?

For the next sentence, do we fold it such that we have 1/4 of the width the rectangle originally was? Does this mean we're sewing down a folded edge to the two raw edges of the original fabric?

Sorry to bother you for clarification, but I guess I'm just confused at this step haha. Any help would be wonderful.

heyy septemeber! i am working on this snazzy dress and i was wondering if i turned the shirt upside down and start from there...would it look wierd? its basically because i have tons of printed shirts and i dont want the logo to be facing out
