Based on Jewelry Pinboard by Lien
I've been doing this for a while now, and I love it! Not only does it keep all my random sparklies all in one place, it's a nice room decoration too.

You can't tell much in the photos, but there are two white corkboard tiles underneath the black. They're very thin. I used leftover plastic-y foam shelf liner made by Rubbermaid to cover the tiles, it's great for hanging my french hook earrings on. (It's made to line your kitchen cupboards with, I think - it keeps dishes from slipping or some such nonsense.) Then, I stuck a ton of pushpins in to hang bracelets and necklaces from. I think its almost time to upgrade though, I'm running out of room and had to just put pins in the walls around it to hold my longer necklaces =/
