• 

  Step 1

  You'll need (drumroll) A Wire Hanger! :D

• 

  Step 2

  Along with some decorative wire to shape into hooks. I used the thick (20G?)kind you find for jewelry making.

• 

  Step 3

  Cut two pieces of the colorful wire.

• 

  Step 4

  Then take a pair of needlenose pliers and bend the wire tops around each other.

• 

  Step 5

  You'll almost braid the pieces togeter.
  -I'm sorry the picture is so bad, my camera hates taking close-ups :p

  Step 6

  Loop the top around the wire hanger a few times so it becomes stable and wont slide when the hanger is lifted
  then curve it into a hook shape so it can hold your jewelry.

  Step 7

  After you have as many hooks as youd like, take whatever it is youd like to decorate the hanger with. i used some cheap yarn and intertwined it along the length of the hanger.

  Step 8

  Then you're ready to go!
