You Will Need

Step 1Take 1 meter of plain white or cream jersey material and tie-dye however you like. For this I used Dylon hand dyes: Intense Violet and Velvet Black (although the black came out looking a bit blue)

Step 2
Iron material and fold in half length ways

Step 3Make lots of cuts along open edge of material all the way along (see pic!)

Step 4
Give each tassel a tug along it's length to get the material to curl up, then tie a knot at it's base.

Step 5Look gorgeous!
