Jeans To Purse

  • Completed Project: Jeans To Purse Picture #1

Purse made from a pair of jeans

I had a pair of old jeans that I couldn't fit anymore and being a true crafter I turned them into something new. I made a purse out of them. It is really easy to do.

  1. Step 1

Your first step is to figure out how long you want it to be. Then cut off the extra fabric.

  2. Step 2

Now you need to cut the crotch seam open.

  3. Step 3

Line up the crotch seam on front of jeans with each other and stitch together. Do the same for the back.

  4. Step 4

Turn inside out and stitch the bottom together to make a seam for the bottom of the bag.

  5. Step 5

Now you can take extra frabic or the rest of the jeans that you cut off to make the strap and your done.
