Made some stencils and then cut them out. Used that as a guideline for the puffy paint. You can tell it's not puffy though. I smoothed it out with a paint brush. Then outlined it with glitter puffy paint. I even cut the shirt into a v-neck and outlined it with a lighter glitter puffy paint so where i cut wouldn't fray. Love the shirt. Got so many compliments on it at the midnight viewing of Eclipse :)
Takes some time to make.. most of it is just waiting for it to dry.
