Savoury Jammy Dodger inspired pies with goats cheese & red onion chutney
I was trying to think up cute ideas for a picnic when I had the idea for these. The look just as cute as the cookies and are super simple to make.

You Will Need

Step 1Preheat your oven to 200'C. Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut two circles with a circle cookie cutter.

Step 2Cut a heart out of the middle of one of the pastry circles with a mini heart cutter.

Step 3Spread the other pastry circle with goats cheese and top with red onion chutney.

Step 4Place the heart cut pastry circle on top and use a fork to press around the edges of the pie.

Step 5Repeat for the remaining pies.

Step 6Bake in an oven for 10 minutes.

Step 7Leave to cool and then serve!
