Like with anything the more you make it the quicker you get at putting it all together.Posted by GreenLeaf from United Kingdom • Published April 11, 2008 • See GreenLeaf's 52 projects »
Cook your pasta in a pan of water, usually 12 mins, until slightly soft.
While this is cooking, heat oil in another large pan.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins, until slightly brown.
Add flour to the mushrooms, stir continuously until all gone.
Slowly add in tomatoes, stiring all the time - the flour acts as a thickener.
Once the tomato mixture has warmed through, turn the heat down, so mixture simmers.
Now you can add the tuna, basil and worchester sauce, stir to mix thoroughly.
Drain the pasta and add to the tomato mixture, stir well until mixed.
Now your ready to serve, enjoy!
You can sprinkle with parmasan.
