Delicious and filling, when you need something warm and satisfying!
This recipe serves 4 as a main meal.

I used Fusilli

Like with anything the more you make it the quicker you get at putting it all together.

  • Step 1

Cook your pasta in a pan of water, usually 12 mins, until slightly soft.

  • Step 2

While this is cooking, heat oil in another large pan.

Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins, until slightly brown.

  • Step 3

Add flour to the mushrooms, stir continuously until all gone.

Slowly add in tomatoes, stiring all the time - the flour acts as a thickener.

  • Step 4

Once the tomato mixture has warmed through, turn the heat down, so mixture simmers.

  • Step 5

Now you can add the tuna, basil and worchester sauce, stir to mix thoroughly.

  • Step 6

Drain the pasta and add to the tomato mixture, stir well until mixed.

  • Step 7

Now your ready to serve, enjoy!

    You can sprinkle with parmasan.
