Step 1Squeeze the starch from the grated potatoes.

Step 2Add mashed potatoes, grated potatoes, flour, baking powder salt & pepper together.
Squeeze with your hands to mix though.

Step 3Add the egg & milk.
Mix thoroughly.

Step 4Heat oil in a pan.
Place scoops of potatoes in pan.
Cook on one side until golden brown & holding together.

Step 5Flip over.
Cook through.

Step 6Serve.
