I made this out of some smaller pieces of material and interfacing that I had! The inside of the case is black felt and I used snag free velcro. I sewed the bow itself with my sewing machine but hand sewed the button to the bow and then to the case!

** I am still trying to master my sewing machine so this could take someone less time :)
