Step 1Cut the felt in half, with both pieces big enough to fit around your glasses. Cut roughly two inches off the top of one.

Step 2Sew three edges of the halves together with a zig zag stitch. Trim off the excess felt so the edge is just past the zig zag.

Step 3Add your initial with ribbon and safety pins to decorate and to close the pouch.
