Some times I have’nt the the right measure of envelope for my letters or cards. I want to enjoy others with collorfull post.
It makes life so much prettyer. And I love to recycle. when you become official letters the inside of the envelope is for the privacy very funny printed.
So I make from the inside of these envelopes the outside. And often they have a window that you can use for the adressing. I make from the otherside of my letter , with is blanc the measure of the window and write the adres of the backside from my letter. Mayby you have an other solution, but I love this one.

look for funny inside, some time I like only the collor.

Make carefylly one of the sides untight. see the picture.

do that with the other side.
-
Now you have a paper with a funny print in the shape of an envelope.
Put the printed side downside.
Fold the down side over. this side becomes the back side form your envelope. -
Fold the side side over and clue it.
Do that with the other side too. And than you are finished.
(some times, ik draw or stamp things too on it)

very clever! I habe used the inside of the envelopes for tiles in teabag folding but never thought of it for envys
