inset zipper clutch
I saw this pattern on Etsy and decided to just try it based on the pictures listed.

I made the font panel first, attached it via the bottom, and then added the top border and sewed up the sides. It's very straight forward once you realise how it's put together.
I wanted the purse to bulge a bit, so I lined the inside with a piece of an old knit scarf. The scarf fabric gave it just the right amount of bulk.
I will try to convert this to a How-To eventually, since I've made one now.
