Here's a totally super simple way of enjoying your stick incense, plus doing some creative recycling while you're at it.

I used a soldering iron to make holes around the top and bottom of a 2-liter soda bottle.
Then, I made a very small hole in the lid of the bottle.
Now, just take your incense stick and push it through the hole in the lid, light it up, then replace lid with incense stick hanging down inside the bottle.
Your room will fill with the sweet aroma of your favorite scent, and the mess with stay inside the bottle.
