Improved Mulled Apple Juice

A new, improved version of my hot spiced apple juice.

Now that it's cold outside, I've started making my hot spiced apple juice again and this time, I've improved my recipe.

Serves two and serve with warm chocolate cookies.

  1. Step 1

    Pour the apple juice in to a small sauce pan and place over a medium heat.

  2. Step 2

    Mix in the spices and ginger essence and bring to the boil.


  3. Step 3

    Remove from the boil, stir well add the water and chunks of apple.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the juice in to mugs or glasses and serve.

    Enjoy xo

Ginger essence isn't in the ingredients list though. How much are you meant to use?
