I recently was playing around with my mom's old jewelry making stuff and found those cute little charms. I simply attached them to the earing with a couple of jump rings!

Lovely earrings and Aww they are nice charms. My mam has lots of little things like that in her jewelery box, wish I still lived at home..purely for that reason lol
