its my friends birthday soon, and she would die from happiness with this cake, but shes allergic to coconut. any idea what you could sprinkle the top with???

I realized later that this requires Jello (gelatin = crushed animal bones)...& i'm vegetarian (& so is my b-day friend). gross.
I did a quick search online & found this recipe for veggie/vegan jello!!
4 tablespoons agar agar flakes
1 quart fruit juice
-Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 min.
-Pour into a dish, (add fruit if u like). And chill
