I always loved Ice Tea, especially homemade Ice Tea.
This probably was one of the first things I learned to "cook"...
Today I'm sitting at university and am pretty worried by the fact, that there are some people, students by the way, who don't even know, that normal iced tea is made from black tea, lemon juice and sugar. And nothing else... (I take the lemon peels too, for better taste)
Well, it's not a big surprise, that most people don't drink homemade Ice Tea, because you have to brew up the tea and then let it cool down again, which is boring and time-killing.
But there's an end with this silly excuse now!! :D

So, I don't like sweet tea, do you think this will work fine with out the sugar? I want to try it out. lol, I make sun tea usually, which can take even longer.

Without the sugar it's no syrup and you probably can't keep it for more than a few days... :D But you can try less sugar (in that case you better increase the %-amount of tea and lemon juice to increase the concentration, and not directly reduce the sugar...) or brown sugar?
Lemon juice is a preserving agent too, but I doubt that it's that strong..
If you don't like sugar at all, I'd try normal Ice Tea without sugar, and no concentrated syrup...

I'm not big on lemon in my tea but I want to try this cause I love ice tea better than soda. Healthier too.
