Food is my third best friend. (The first and the second one are actually real people). And I must admit that I love everything that contains butter and sugar. I truly believe that butter is the most important ingredient in the kitchen.
These pancakes are really easy to make and you only need stuff you already have. Well actually, that is a lie. I didn't have eggs and raisins. So I went to the shop bought eggs and forgot the raisins -.-
I didn't mention the quantities. That is because this is not really a recipe and I didn't use quantities. First I put whole-wheat flour, milk and the egg in the bowl and mixed it.
Then I thought, lets use some self-raising flour. And mixed it met some extra milk.
And I added sugar. Mix it again.
Don't worry about the quantities. Just use the ingredients and make a thick but easy mixable batter.
melt some butter in a pan. You can use oil too. Oil is much more healthy but the taste of melted butter is so much better. So butter it is. Put three or four drops of batter in the pan.
When the top is dry, flip the pancake. Let it brown and flip it back to give it some more colour.
Serve them with golden syrup or honey or sugar. Or a little bit of all and enjoy your meal :)
