My first attempt at a red velvet cake. In fact, I had really never made many cakes before. I was VERY proud of this monstrous thing! It was delish!

Added extra cocoa powder in the cake, because Chocolate is just awesome. Cream cheese frosting, with 3/4 vanilla pudding mix, instead of all Powdered sugar.
