    Cut under the pit of the oversized tee.

    Then cut the bottom piece of the remaining shirt

    Now u should have a looonq rectanqle.

    A pic isnt really neccesary but here u qo. lol

    Then cut a biq whole in the middle.

    Remember your head and shoulders have to fit through thol whol so cut accordingly.

    Also this is what u might need the bowl for.

    Now; the trickiest part is putting the vest on.

    Just slip it on your shoulders from behind. A strip of fabric should be behind your nech like in the pic
