I made this cute little pink and purple tutu for my best friend's 1 and a half year old. She didn't really understand that it was for wearing - she was just happy to drag it around with her. Oh well, the knots mean it's adjustable so if it isn't covered in dirt in the next few months maybe she'll eventually want to actually wear it.
