Uber easy and cute as bhawllz. ^_^ It cost me about 16 bucks to make and it's waaaay cuter than those 40 dollar Hot Topic ones. I'm only kid-sized but I bought 6 yards of tulle and 1 yard of ribbon [2 yards, really, i just doubled it in half to make it thicker]. Have fun!!!

Heyyy i made a new one.. Tehe! I cant believe i used to write that ghetto!!! OHEMGEE! I <3 the tutu!
