Step 1
Fold felt
Cut out three pieces of square felt measuring 5*5cm for white one, 5.5*5.5cm for the dark blue and red ones. Overlap three pieces of felt in order of white, red and dark blue from top to bottom. Fold them with each side's middle line match together and secure with sewing thread. Turn four angles of dark blue felt outwards.
Step 2
Turn the felt
Do the same to turn four angles of the red felt and white felt outwards.
Step 3
Glue bobby pin
Glue the felt at the top of the bobby pin and attach an applique at the center of the felt.
