You Will Need

Step 1Stylish, yet functional

Step 2Using painter's tape, mark 4-6 inches along bottom of tote.

Step 3Cover bottom portion of tote with paint, filling all creases and folds.

Step 4Tape stencil to tote. Fill in with paint.
You can use black paint for the words, but I chickened out and used a more controllable Sharpie to fill in both stencils.

Step 5Cut handles off tote and trim if loop is too wide.

Step 6Hook chain handles to inside of tote.

Step 7Add a graphic shape to center of tote using a bronze Sharpie.
