You Will Need

Step 2THEN CUT THE STRECH FABRIC AND PUT BETWEN THE TWO HALF OF FABRIC THAT YOU CUT OT PREVIOUSLY

Step 3SEW SOME ELASTIC TO THE SIDES OF THE SHORT AND READY.
