Get a floppy tutu ready!!!!
Hello, ever got ot made a tutu and realised its all flippy floppy and you want it to be a pancake one like the one in the picture ( I did not make that tutu!!!) you can make a 5 dollar on into like an 100 dollar one!!! now thats saving money!!!!

First get a massive bar of chocalate ready so you can reward yourself with it after the long 3 minutes make your tutu non floppy.

Ok, grab your tutu and wire and tape and scissors first. get your tutu and cut some wire to fit on the bottem of the tutu -

make it so its about 2 inches above the short peices of tulle
